ALTERNANZA SCUOLA – LAVORO VERSO UN NUOVO MODELLO DI FORMAZIONE

ABSTRACT. Statistiche e riflessioni portate avanti nei diversi Paesi europei sottolineano il valore educativo dell’alternanza scuola-lavoro al fine di guidare gli studenti verso un reale e significativo progetto di vita che, dopo la scuola, consenta loro di inserirsi più facilmente nel mondo del lavoro. I diversi sistemi educativi, con particolare riguardo a quello italiano, hanno fatto propria l’idea ed inserito negli impianti didattico-progettuali il nuovo metodo che proietta verso un apprendimento partecipato e maggiormente significativo così come previsto dalla Legge n° 107 del 13 luglio 2015. Questo lavoro, scaturisce da un’attenta ricerca ad ampio raggio sulla tematica dal punto di vista storico, filosofico e giuridico. Esso intende approfondire le conoscenze sulle funzioni, responsabilità ed opportunità che le Istituzioni Scolastiche, in sinergia con il mondo del lavoro ed il territorio posseggono per meglio garantire agli studenti un Piano dell’Offerta Formativa sempre più ricco di opportunità, funzionale agli effettivi bisogni di ogni allievo. I risultati ottenuti evidenziano che l’alternanza scuola-lavoro è diffusa in molte realtà educative e scolastica ma ancora si evidenzia qualchedifficoltà legata ai diversi contesti socio-economico-culturale.

ABSTRACT. Statistics and reflections carried out in different European countries emphasize the educational value of the school-work alternation in order to guide students towards a real and meaningful life project that, after school, allows them to be more easily integrated into the workplace. Different educational systems, with particular regard to the Italian one, have devised the idea and inserted in the didactic-design projects the new method that projects towards a participatory and more meaningful learning as foreseen by Law No. 107 of July 13, 2015. This work stems from a careful wide-ranging research on the historical, philosophical and legal point of view. It intends to deepen the knowledge on the functions, responsibilities and opportunities that the School Institutions, in synergy with the world of work and the territory, have in place to provide the students with an ever-richer Opportunity Training Plan that is functional to the actual needs of each student. The results obtained show that employment-school alternation is widespread in many educational and scholastic contexts, but there are still some difficulties related to different socio-economic-cultural contexts.
