CORPI SENZA NOME: TRAUMI E MORTI NELLA MIGRAZIONE
ABSTRACT. Da un’indagine etnografica ai porti di Pozzallo e Lampedusa e in alcuni centri di accoglienza siciliani, si intende dapprima descrivere i corpi di richiedenti asilo nelle ferite fisiche, poi analizzare i traumi mentali che il viaggio, lo sbarco e l’accoglienza generano e, infine, riflettere sul trattamento dei corpi morti, dispersi nel Mediterraneo o, talora, rinvenuti ma ulteriormente maltrattati nella ritualità funebre.
ABSTRACT. From an ethnographic survey of the ports of Pozzallo and Lampedusa and in some Sicilian reception centers, it is intended to first describe the bodies of asylum seekers in physical injuries, then analyze the mental traumas that travel, disembarkation and reception generate and, finally, to reflect on the treatment of dead bodies, dispersed in the Mediterranean or sometimes, found but further abused in funeral rituals.
